Brief Answer:
Fibromylgia
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Pain and ache could be due to fibro myalgia.
In this condition every test comes normal because pain is due to neurocognitive dysfunctional and can not be confirmed with any lab test.
It is diagnosed clinically.
But yes, it is a diagnosis of exclusion, means we have to rule out other conditions.
So
1. Thyroid profile.
2. Serum electrolytes.
3. Vitamin b12 levels.
4. MRI CERVICAL SPINE.
Above tests will be normal in a patient of fibromyalgia.
And should be done before reaching a diagnosis of fibromyalgia.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
