Question: 4 days before i had unprotected sex with 1 married lady she told She had sex with six people(including her husband) in past 10 years and she told i have not hiv and hiv symptoms after many time request she accepted for hiv test she angry on me about this matter i have lot of hiv fear what hiv test reliable to her if her test will negetive any further test necessary for me i can't properly mingle with my family and friends i don't sleep and eat properly how to come out of this anxiety please help me

HIV test can be simple card test or ELISA, card test is not reliable and she must get an ELISA test. If ELISA is negative no further tests are required.

7th day of my exposure from the yesterday night my right side lymph glands small swelling and pain while rotate head and eating and touching is this symptoms of hiv o due to my stress there are so many days for my test how to come out from this anxiety
