Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that these heart rate values are not too low.

But considering your symptoms (shortness of breath), I would recommend performing some tests:

- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
- a chest X-ray study
- an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring in order to examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged time and exclude possible cardiac arrhythmia
- Thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- Complete blood count for anemia
- Blood electrolytes for possible imbalances.

Considering the increased frequency of belching, a fibrogastroscopy may be needed.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
