Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I would like to know if the pain is triggered by any body position, deep breathing or pressure?

This would be indicative of a musculoskeletal pain or a breast disorder.

I recommend taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

If the pain persists, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests:
- A resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- A chest X-ray study.

In the meantime, it is important to closely monitor your blood pressure values and heart rate and avoid physical activity.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Dr. Iliri
