•     Ovarian cystectomy was done in 2014.
•     Mucinous cystic neoplasm ovary.
•     Large complex cyst in left adenexa with ovarian hemorrhagic cyst

Request to opine prognosis of this case.

I have seen the attached reports . The discharge summary suggests that a right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst was removed . The nature of the cyst can be detected after pathology report .
Mucinous cystic neoplasm needs extensive surgery and chemotherapy according to the extent of spread . The left sided complex cyst needs removal and histopathology report to find its type and prognosis . It can be a harmless endometrial cyst .
