Brief Answer:
Can wait and watch as of now. Rush to ER in case of any untoward symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Dolo contains paracetamol, a very safe medicine. As such, 4g can be taken without risk of liver toxicity. In this case much of the taken dose has already been vomited out. In such a case I do not suppose any harm will befall. You can wait and watch. However, in case you observe any untoward symptoms be sure to rush him to the ER without delay.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
