Hi, I Am Female 35 Years Old. I Experienced Lower

I am female 35 years old. I experienced lower back pain 1.5 years back for a couple of weeks and then it came again 2 months back. This time, I experienced severe pain radiating to left leg for 2 to 3 weeks initially, and then it subsided to mild or no pain, but i still feel the discomfort in the lower center hip region even though i don't feel major pain.
I am able to do regular physical activities including walking. I feel the mild pain only while standing for long time or bend forward but i don't feel it while sitting or resting on the bed.
Also noticing mild pain in left leg only, when folding it while standing.
My General physician ordered MRI Scan, and referred to Ortho who directed me to Neuro after reviewing the results.
I have attached the MRI scan reports. Please let me know if it's treatable by exercise or should i proceed with medication.
Medicines and physiotherapy togather will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached MRI report. There are only mild age related degenerative changes in the spine. This can easily be corrected with the help of medicines and a regular exercise. You need to medicines to tackle with the pain for 4-6 weeks. After that the exercise will start showing an effect and will retard any progression of such changes. You need to do regular physiotherapy exercises under the guidance of a proficient physiotherapist.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
