Question : Hi Doc I had fever and body pain last night so I took paracetamol . I have no fever but still have body mild pain. can you pls suggest medicine for that. thanks XXXXXXX

Hi,

I am glad to know you do not have fever now. If the body ache is mild, then I suggest tab dolo 650mg thrice a day. But if it's severe, you will benefit by taking tab Hifenac P twice a day after food.

In addition the above, I suggest to drink plenty of water and fresh fruits.
