Brief Answer:
dont stop thyroid pills..

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

From the given clinical data, its evident that you were having Hypothyroidism , which means your thyroid gland is not releasing sufficient thyroxine hormone for your biological needs. So you are getting thyroxine supplemenation externally by pills. If you stop thyroxine , the problem will come again.

Its very clear that you cant manage thyroid gland function by doing exercise or through diet. So dont think of stopping the medications.

And what ever the symptoms you are telling taking thyroxine making you lazy... not due to thyroxine pills.

If you take thyroxine pills in correct dose, you feel active and your weight also under good control.

If you have any further questions , you are welcome.

regards,
DR.VENKAT M.D
