Brief Answer:
At least doctor should be MD in medicine.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your query answers are:-
After going through reports I don't feel that this issue is related to liver. Mild elevation of liver enzymes has no clinical significance and your liver functions are just mildly deranged. Bilirubin levels less then 3mg/dl are clinically normal.
Most likely cause considering his age can be cardiac. I would suggest you to go for few basic cardiac investigations like 2D echo and treadmill test. ECG is good for nothing overhyped test.
These tests are very sensitive for cardiac disease and would rule out possible cardiac involvement.

Second possibility is either gastric or muscular pain. The doctor has covered treatment for gastritis and muscular pain. Is he relieved by the medications he is on. If not then cardiac investigations should be done.

Hope I have answered your query.

Thank you.
