Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for query,
As you mentioned its already more then a weak so most likely you are having either bacterial or protozoal infection or a mixed infection in gut.
I would suggest you to go for few tests:
1. Ultra sound abdomen
2. Stool test under microscope
3. Complete blood count
4. Total and differential leucocyte count.
If stool test is positive for bacterial or protozoal infection then:
- Start taking Zithromax (Azithromycin once daily) and Secnidazole daily for 5 days.
- Tab Loperamide thrice daily to be taken along with it to control frequency of stools.
You would feel much better in 1 day.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards!
