Question : Hello.
I am male 27 years old,110kg.
I have a extremely bad anxiety for over 10 years now.
For 2 years i told my self that i have colon cancer since i do have all the symptoms:
Flat stool for two years.
Diarrhea 50% of the time.
Itchy anus especially when i walk alot.
Blood in stool maybe once in 3 months ore more often if i eat spicy food,more often on toilet paper.
Small unshaped flat stool.
I have those symptoms for 2 years.
I am very scared i have colon cancer.
There is no family history of colon cancer.
Im going to see gastrologist next month.
In your exprience what u think this is?

Very likely you are sufffering from Hemorrhoid with irritable boeel syndrome.
what exactly is IBS?
A common disorder affecting the large intestine is the Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Abdominal pain, bloating, gas and diarrhoea are some of the signs and symptoms of IBS. Foods, stress and other diseases can trigger the problem.Stress stimulates the nervous system causing symptoms.
If you acquire irritable bowel syndrome, the contractions can get stronger and last much longer than usual. This causes diarrhea, bloating and gas.
Initially i would suggest you to go for colonoscopy and stool microscopy test.If both these tests are normal i would like to start you on-
Blood may be due to hemorrhoids which are swollen veins and may bleed.A stool for occult test test should be done.
Very likely its not colon cancer as firstly your age is not very common for colon cancer secondly it is associated with severe symptoms and condition would have detoriated a lot in two years.
However a sure answer can be given after a colonoscopy only.
