Brief Answer:
Contraindicated in liver disease.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Quetiapine is metabolized by the liver and is strictly contraindicated for people having liver disease. However in case if you are having it instead of having a liver disease you have to go for a liver function test every month.
Bleeding has no contraindication to the use of this atypical antipsychotic unless you have anemia.

Thank you!
