Brief Answer:
To save liver its a better choice.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query,
Zohydro as such is a safe opium derivative and is effevtive in patients suffering from visceral pain(inner organ pain).Every medication in world has some side effects even oxygen given in excess can cause respiratory shut down. However as your pain is bone related non steroidal anti inflammatory like ibuprofen would have a better effect but to protect liver zohydro is a better option.
Some common clinical side effects are constipation(opiod induced) mild headache nausea and fatigue however they are encountered in less then 5% patients and most of them subsides by themselves in few days.
They are much better then non steroidal anti inflammatory medicines.
Tylenol is metabolised by your liver while zohdro doesnot directly effects your liver.
So you could go for it.
Thank you.

Dr. XXXXXXX Kumar:May I make an appointment with you or some kind of communication between you and my self to discuss the use of Zohydro for my back and leg pain and my continued use of Klonopin 2mg, at bedtime and 2mg in the early morning about 3-4 am. It is my life saver for sleep. Thank you Doctor, I would be grateful for any and all help you may have for me. I do know that I would like to get away from Tylenol mixed pain reducers and Ibuprofen mixed reducers. My email is YYYY@YYYY and my land line is 435 785 8095. I am my fathers care giver, he is 90 and will be 91 in XXXXXXX I do have my hands full, but so far in the last 11 yrs. I have been able to deal with it from the pain med and Klonopin. I could use your input on just about any thing you have on your mind. My primary care giver for myself seems to be my hero at this time but I feel he is missing something. Best Regards to you and yours, XXXXXXX e. XXXXXXX OR Just R.J.

Brief Answer:
Pen down your complete history with doses and duration medication attach all reports you have.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again my dear patient
As told earlier Zohydro is basically meant for visceral pain and is not that effective in neck or leg pain.
Clonazepam 4 mg a day is a very high dose.Usual dose should not exceed 1 mg a day infact 0.5mg a day is enough. However as you have severe insomnia you can use 1 mg clonazepam with melatonin or Zolpidem(zolpidem being a hypnotic would help you fall in sleep).
Please mail to me your problem and history in detail along with liver functions or any other test reports.A good suggestion can be given only after knowing the complete detailed history of the patient.
You can pen down each and every detail you want to and can send me directly at link below-
