Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for query my dear patient,
I am a Gastroenterologist and would be addressing your concerns.
As per your queries answers are-
Firstly minimum three times elevation of liver enzymes has any clinical significance. 48 i.u does not means any thing wrong with your liver functions unless other parameters like bilirubin,GGT and ultrasound reveals any pathology.
Secondly association of fresh bleed with brushing teeth is suggestive of deficiency of vitamin c or it can be gingivitis also. However bleeding typically associated with brushing is usually associated with vitamin C deficiency so get your serum vitamin C levels checked up other wise start taking Vitamin C tablet 500mg once daily.
Get your gums inspected by a dentist for gingivitis.
As far as unformed stool is concerned try to add yoghurt and buttermilk in your diet.It consists of live cultures of lactobacillus which would help in improving digestion.
Add isaphghul husk to your diet. Its a bulk forming natural husk.It imbibes water and swells up hence help in formation of well formed and bulky stools.Take a probiotic like VSL#3 once daily.
Follow up with reports of vitamin c levels.
Thank you and feel free to follow up.
