Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As far as you have no concerning clinical symptomatology and your systolic blood pressure is OK, there is nothing to worry about.

Just keep monitoring closely your BP values.

Otherwise, if you have unpleasant symptoms (feel tired, are experiencing dizziness, lightheadedness, etc.) and BP is low, it is necessary to discuss with your attending physician on the possibility of reducing your antihypertensive drugs daily doses.

Hope to have been helpful to you! In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again. Regards,
Dr. Iliri
