Question : Hi, I’m on a low fodmap diet and I had a gluten and lactose pizza. 12 hours later I ate some food and had a sudden urge to poo. It was hard but came out fast followed by loose stool. Half hour later I had another lose stool with blood. Is this normal? I’m beloved to have IBS and possibly constipation and I don’t have enough fibre in my diet

The food that you eat pizza gluten and lactose there is no fiber and your constipation followed by diarrhea loose stool with blood this also possible from constipation. Depend on how fresh your blood is and how stool form with blood. hi thankyou for the answer, it wasnt the brightest blood ive seen, i havent been since because of the diarrhoea and i am normally going everday but i can deel stool in my lower abdomen. it was in the Stool/ Mucus. if this doesnt happen again would i be okay? and if it does should i visit my doctor?
