Question : I appreciate your quick response. Here are the answers to questions you needed answered 1st. My pain started around 1st week of February.
Pain frequency is constant. Just worse with movement, very little pain if laying down
When laying down i can feel very little, maybe a one on scale of 1-10. But if i roll over or move it elevates to a 3-4 in pain scale. So nothing relieves the pain. Its very painful when up and moving. Pain goes to 8 or 9. Bowel habits are normal go 2 times daily. No loose stool issues. I have never take probiotics. on question of where on abdomen is pain worse, id say prob. middle. Pain radiats to my lower left back as well. My PA here noticed that my abdomen tender to touch, but when she pushed on back not much pain. History of gas bloating, constipation. Have had lots of gas and bloating with this, but normally, no issues. I have not been prescribed any med for current issue as of yet.

Brief Answer:
Investigating for higher issues before considering minor symptoms

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Constipation, bloating and belching are few complaints which sound very insignificant but if we go by physiology they can be the main culprit in your case.

Most of the drug you are on are directly related to constipation. When ever a person constipates colonies of toxic bacterias and fungus starts to accumulate around it.This acts on food and causes production of toxic gases like hydrogen sulphide carbon mono oxide etc.Now as we know that middle portion on left contain intestines and bundles of nerves and blood vessels rums through them. Logically thinking, just imagine a scenario where gas is pressing intestinal wall. This compression results in compression of bundles of nerves causing constant pain.

I belong to an era when no colonoscopy was available yet we diagnoses patient clinically and physiologically. What I would suggest you is that no further tests are required. I would prescribe you few over the counter medicines for 5 days and would like to know how you feel after a week.

1) Probiotic VSL#3 twice daily. This helps the good bacterial flora to grow up and hence help.in proper breakdown of food.
2)Pantoprazole 40 mg once in morning once in evening for gas issues.
Activated charcoal could also be used.
3)A mild anti inflammatory like Tylenol for few days twice daily.
4) Natural laxative husk called Isabghul husk. Soak it in XXXXXXX warm water for 30 minutes and take 10 gram twice daily.

Report to me about how you feel after a week. You have already been extensively investigated. It is something small so don't worry. My experience says you would feel better after the 4th dose.

Hope I was helpful.
