Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to mirtazapine withdrawal symptoms.
Although you are gradually reducing the dose, some anxiety is quite normal. Overweight and mirtazapine do not make any harm to your heart, as long as you have normal blood pressure values and a normal ECG.

So, just relax and don't worry about it!

The lightheadedness could be related to dehydration and hot weather. For this reason, I would recommend taking plenty of water during these days, in order to stay well hydrated.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I don't think that there is any need to perform any additional cardiac tests, considering your recent tests. I am sure that they would result normal again. There is no need to wait money and time on unnecessary tests. So, just try not to think about it, because nothing serious seems to be going in.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions, whenever you need!

Wishing all the best,
Thnaks
