I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If the chest pain is triggered by deep breathing or pressure on the chest. This would indicate possible musculo-skeletal pain.
What are your blood pressure and heart rate values? Can you measure them by yourself?
Coming to this point, I recommend taking Tylenol or ibuprofen coupled with an anti-acid.
If the pain persists, especially if you have shortness of breath and high blood pressure, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes to exclude coronary artery disease.
Other tests may be needed (chest X ray study, arterial blood gas analysis, D-Dimmer levels, complete blood count, PCR, ESR, etc.).
Hope you will find this answer helpful! If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me again!
