Brief Answer:
With proper treatment, it should subside.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

It is necessary first to diagnose the exact cause of your back pain before predicting the prognosis and to assess the specific treatment.

Conditions that may cause such low back pain include damage to the intervertebral discs (herniated disc), compression of nerve roots, degenerative changes (spondylosis) and improper movement of the spinal joints (spondylolisthesis).

So, it is necessary to have imaging studies of your lumbosacral spine done (X-rays, MRI) in order to achieve a correct diagnosis (please share the reports here in case you've already got them done).

With appropriate treatment, most cases of low back pain improve significantly.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
