Does she have stomach pain, loose stools, vomiting?
Does she have burning sensation while passing urine, frequency of urine?

Hi Doctor,
She had loose stools yesterday and she took eldoper tablet. Today no loose stools but she vomited once.
No headache but her throat is a bit sore. No stomach pain. No burning sensation or increased frequency of urine.
Please advise any antibiotic.

Thanks for your information.
Her symptoms suggest of mostly upper respiratory tract infection.
Since 4 days she is having fever If I were your treating doctor I would order for investigations like blood test,urine test,chest x ray.
If it is upper respiratory tract infection I would advice antibiotics like amoxicillin and clavulanic acid or other antibiotics and mucolytic cough syrup.
I can not prescribe antibiotics with out clinical examination hence I suggest you visit a doctor and get investigations to know the cause. Antibiotics ,dosage and frequency of medication will be decided by your doctor.
Mean while I suggest you continue paracetamol thrice a day.
Tablet Pantoprozole with dompridone combination 30 minutes before food twice a day.
Salt water gargles.
Give her plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
Avoid cold food.
