Seems to be prostatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Bike riding is a great exercise.. but an excessive riding can can cause repetitive pressure & jerks leading to repetitive trauma to pelvic organs.... bladder or prostate.
You do not mention any urinary symptoms like burning or pain with urination so ...here the prostate seems to be affected ,giving you the symptoms of back pain in middle left side(your sitting posture while cycling causing more stress on left side)&frequency of urination.
* Home management.-You should take rest, avoid activities like cycling, lifting weight, jogging ..causing stress to lower abdomen /avoid excessive water drinking, indulgence in alcohol ,tobacco chewing or or smoking or eating spicy food.
- Over the counter anti inflammatory drug like Ibuprofentaken after food & gentle application of muscle relaxant ointment ( Relaxil ointment) to back can be used.. & get some relief from the pain....
* Consult a urologist to get prostatitis & urine infection differentiated ... followed by more specific treatment of the condition.
I hope that helps you. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
