Question : i worried by girlfriends period is close but not on yet we were grinding no penetration very little if any seminal fluid, whats chance of her being pregnant, penis never entered inside her

No chance of pregnancy

I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
Without Penetration there is no risk of pregnancy unless you fingered her with semen smeared fingers.
So all you can do is to wait for her periods and in case she misses them for another week then do a Urine pregnancy test.
