Question : "TO BE ANSWERED BY DR XXXXXXX ABRAHAM" Hey doc went back to doc today so supposedly they messed up on prescription last time she put me back on the anti depressant 10mg for 5 days one pill a day then after that i have 30 day supply of 25 mg one pill a day for the first 5 days then 2 pills a day for the rest of it so when I went today I had some discharge i didnt even kno she did swab the discharge and is sending it in to see if its any kind of bacteria thats out there what so ever so i can get the right antibiotic i did bring up herpes to nurse and doctor but she said i dont have that and a test is not needed shes just like you dont have herpes the doctor said i have vulvadynria or whatever it is so idk so what happens if the cultural comes back fine what happens from there the nurse was just like we need to get tou tixed like they are feeling sorry for me to its sad i mean ughhh

Yes, I told you , that you have vulvodynia.
There is no chance of herpes here.
IF the culture is negative, you just have to increase the dosage of antidepressants until you find the dose that alleviates you of symptoms.
Can you clarify on how they messed up on the prescription ?

the prescription i had last time was only 5 pills for 10mg i wqs supposed to have rhe 25mg as well vut she didn't call in so she did this time i have both precriptions

ok so how many different kind of bacterial infections could there be like how to they test the discharge cause the anti depressent ahould help w the pain n burning but the area being red n all i something different that why the doc said they testing for different kind of bacteria

hey dox today I will start the 25mg of the anti depressant but yesterday i started having very light pink spotting only when i whipe after I pee i have it today too

That happens sometimes, while you are on the antidepressants.
I remember you had a normal pap, gynec check up and pelvic ultrasound a while ago.
