Question : I think I received hydrochlorizide injection by mistake instead of nsaid torodal. My body swelled up and I felt like I was taccachardia which is gone now. So I guess I had a bad reaction. What can I do about the swelling? I also have a bubble by my right ankle. My abdomen is extended to the point it impairs by breathing.

Brief Answer:
Please go through details.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Hydrochlorthiazide is diuretic which causes decrease in blood pressure. Sudden fall in blood pressure causes the heart to beat fast(tachycardia) to maintain cardiac output, But this effect last for not more then 24 hours. So basically it was not a reaction rather reflux used by body to maintain cardiac output when blood pressure drops.

For swelling take a anti histaminic like Allegra 120 mg for 3 days and the swelling would go away.
Extension of the abdomen might be a result of excessive gas formation.

Do you have constipation or any history of gas and acid peptic disorder.

waiting for answer.
Attach a picture of bubble on right ankle.
Thanks be due to allergy as most of the diuretics have a sulfa component.
