What Causes Foreskin Covering The Entire Penis Even In Erect State?

Question: Is it a problem if you have your skin covering the penis completely even when it is erect. Will it cause an issue in my normal sexual life. Also, does size of the penis matter.

To enter vagina, skin over the head of penis( glans) has to retract back other wise there is a pull exerted which is painful. so if skin can't be pulled back, it should be removed by a small surgical procedure called circumcision. hence if skin over erect penis can't be pulled back, it is likely to be a problem.
If size of erect penis is more than 3 inches, it is normal. Any bigger size makes no difference to sexual pleasure.
