Question : Hi there this question is for de sharka it is me again so I have put on a bit of weight since stating this pill mid April but my last blood work was done and all came back normal cholesterol kidney liver blood pressure yesterday I did some stomach crunches and stretches today I seems to have achy pain like in lower sturnum and upper mid chest no shortness of breath just uncomfortable also when I sit and theratic back pain could this be cardiac or Costo

Hi,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that the pain that you are feeling today could be related to the exercises that you have done.

I don't think that it is related to any cardiac issues.

I don't think it is chosto too, although physical exertion could exacerbate chostochondritis.

Coming to this point, I don't think that there is any need to perform any additional tests.

I would just recommend taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the pain.

An anti-acid may be needed if the pain is modulated by eating.
