I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar.

I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern. As your CT scan and MRI is normal so it is likely to be muscular pain. Treatment of it is rest to back and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovery.
You can get your vitamin D level tested and if found low it can be supplemented with vitamin D3 supplements as vitamin D is important cause of unexplained backache.

Since how many days you are having backache?
