What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Chest Pain And Fatigue?

Question: I have had shortness of breath, severe pain in left chest lifting hands over cause to collaspe have been in hospital for nurmous test and last week a heart cart which showed nothing fatuige is severe stomach rumbles which is not common to me do have asthma called doctor about going to er this morning thinking maybe they could get futher input but was discussed because of clear hear cart the stress test came back abnormal really nees answers I have always been active am not over weight and eat a reather good diet

- Was coronary angiogram done after the stress test?
-How long have you been having chest pain?
-Does the pain worsen with exertion?
-Does the pain increase on deep breathing?
- Do you have any other medical conditions including high cholesterol levels and blood sugar levels besides hypertension?
- Are you on aspirin ? What medication are you taking for hypertension and stomach issue?

Did not have a follow up coronary angiogram after stress test. I was close to collapse when i got to the car. Chest pain comes and goes is worst after the weakness has come on. the pain does increase with deep breathing i try not to do that.have only hypertension and GERD or my stomach trouble which has been gooing on for at 25 years. I take protonix 40 a day, and norvasc 10 mg a day. have no cholesterol problem or blood sugar problem never. I had an issue today and took blood presure and found that Left arm was 85/54 later toolk it again 2 hr. it 1was 115/75 the right arm was at least 20 t0 30 higher at same time

Chest pain with differential blood pressure in both arms is concerning for possible Aortic dissection. Also, since your stress test revealed an abnormality, a Coronary angiogram is also indicated.

I recommend that you follow up with the emergency room or call 911 as soon as possible. The symptoms you are experiencing should be evaluated further and a prompt evaluation is recommended (at the earliest).
