Question : I have been using meddications for reflux for over 30 years and recently developed white tongue and white gums.
s. Could this be adverse reation, side effects or complications from Pantoprazole ?

this is not likely to be side effect of pantoprasole, but this may be effect of acid regurgitation. Also,some other conditions such as lack of vitamin B12 and fungal infections may cause white tongue as well. wish you good health. Regards
