My question is about my having sugar and but before I knew I had sugar I have this pocket of fat at the top of my stomach that I can't get rid of no matter what diet pills my doctor have given me, Once Phentenmine worked in my weight lost, but not now. So he put me on Diethylpropic N ER 75mg. However, I 'm not sure it's working. My stomach looks like I'm 4-5 months pregnant, my stomach swells. I have a pain under my right breast. I have tried to find out what the problem is and that pain runs closely to that knot or packet of fat at the top of my stomach and but runs around to my back and end about where the beginning of that right breast begins.
Can you tell me what can I do that would really make difference for me to lose weight, which they suggests and most important I need to understand this pain. Sometimes that pain catch me while I might be talking and I am paralyzed. I just have to give in to it. My specialist at Capital Digestive when I needed to go there, told me my liver was okay. I do have a nogule at the tip of my liver, but it size has not enlarged and I have an erosive stomach. have high blood pressure not quite under control in terms of numbers going up and down. Last night it was 145 over 55. My sugar is basically under control and I'm not sure at this time what my A1C is.
Acid peptic disorder can cause pain in thoracic area and obese are prone to it.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Whether a person would gain fat or would lose it depends totally on the caloric intake of that person.
For e.g if your basal caloric intake(required to live is 2000 cal) and you are taking overall 2100 calorie you would gain weight however if you are in calorie deficit you would lose weight.Except this science all other things are bull shit and are not going to help in long runs.
Calculate your calories as per the calculator and take 500 calorie less every day
Secondly your pain sounds like more of some thing gastric in origin. If you were my patient i would have done a endoscopy on you to find out if you have acid peptic disorder or GERD.
Secondly io would suggest you take over the counter antacid like omeprazole 40 mg twice daily.
Take a bland diet for few days.
No smoking or alcohol.
Take chilled milk 100ml in morning and night before going to bed.
Follow up with reports of Endoscopy.
No medications for weight loss as off now just keep your calories 500 calories less then your maintainence calorie for 8 weeks and see the results. However in case you want to try take metformin 500 mg slow release daily for appetite suppression.Metformin supresses appetite as well as control blood sugar.
Justin don’t worry you would start loosing weight in few weeks.
Hope i was helpful. Follow ups are welcome!
