Brief Answer:
Details given below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Have seen the reports. Most of the time renal cysts are benign however, in some cases they can be malignant also.

He is having pain due to cystitis which means inflammation in the bladder.

For that he has been given Tab Cefixime twice daily. It is an antibiotic and is to be taken under the guidance of a doctor. Tab Diclofenac SR once daily for 5 days. Get a urine routine and microscopic test done.

As per protocol for cysts, you should go for an MRI. If cyst is fluid filled then a needle would be inserted to collapse the cyst and drain the fluid. However, an FNAC or biopsy of the cyst is done if it is solid and further treatment depends on the reports.

Take this printout with you to your doctor and discuss things with him.

Hope I have answered your query.

Thank you.
