Question: Hello doctor as per your guidance we followed all the steps and daily having Shilajit & Kohinoor gold plus tablets but still we are facing the same issue.. Really I was so scared and can't able to concentrate on my work.
I will share my medical reports pl go through it and do let me know
1.actually what's the problem?
2. If yes means what type of treatment we have to start?

Almost all reports are fine. Only some vascular problem in penile Doppler study.
You need to consult urologist for solution. If urologist feel he may treat you in liaison with some vascular surgeon or alone.

Hello doctor can you please elaborate about vascular problem? is it treatable? generally How long it will take to cure? plz tell me in detail, coz of this problem I was in a full depression and can't able to sleep/work. Mentally I was abnormal also facing one side head ache. plz help me to come out of this problem.

Hi,

Sorry for delayed response. Actually I am not expert to comment on this. In simple language penis needs blood flow to expand its tissue This blood comes from arteries. When arteries are not able to expand sufficiently it leads to erectile dysfunction. Medicines are there to dilate the vessels. But up to which extent problem is there ad accordingly which medications should be prescribed can be told by an expert/urologist. However it is treatable of course.

Just make relax your self and consult doctor soon so you can become free of this stress and can sleep and work well. After that if any query is there you are welcome.
