Question : I had unprotected sex vth a married women on Oct24th. And after 71days (Almost 10 weeks) i went for hiv test. Attached are the reports and its negative. What are the chances for hiv or std diseases for me now? Anyother advice for plz ? Im going to get married in another 2 months and i want my partner to be safe. Hope you understand my problem.

You had sex with a married woman not with a sex worker. So the risk for HIV/STD is low.
Your HIV, HCV and HBV came nonreactive 10 weeks after the exposure. You have crossed the window period for HIV. You are almost free from HIV and Hepatitis.
Anyhow it is better to repeat the test after 90 days to get a more conclusive report before your marriage.
