Question : I have pulmonary nodularity ,brochioltus, Osseo us structures with degenerative change. Russults from CT scan, and this means?

Hello

Pulmonary nodules may be due to many reasons like granuloma(infective),hamartoma(blood vessel abnormality),mass etc.
You may need clinical correlation and follow up scan.
Firstly,you may need antibiotics as you have signs of infection(bronchiolitis).
It is important to exclude carcinoma as you have smoking history.Try to quit smoking completely.
You may need proper evaluation.

Degenerative changes in bones are age related findings and it is not concerning.
