Brief Answer:
The report shows cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have checked the attachment. The X-ray report seems consistent with cervical spondylosis. The things you need to do are:
* Use cervical collar
* Hot compress
* Static neck exercises
* Traction
* Ultrasonotherapy and physical therapy

Brief Answer:
There is not much to worry. Regular exercise should keep it in control.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Cervical spondylosis should not be a cause of panic. Nevertheless, it needs to be managed properly. It would not be cured but can be kept in control and a practically normal life can be regained.
Hot compress means application of heat in any form. You can warm a towel and apply the heat. You can also use hot water bag. Alternatively, electrical heating pads may be used.
Ultrasonotherapy is similar to heat therapy, the difference is that it is more costly and requires specialized device which is available at many centres of physical therapy.
If you do not have pain in your neck, half the cause of worry is gone. Perhaps learning the right exercises from a physical therapist and therafter practicing them on regular basis is all that you require.

Brief Answer:
Does not seem to be in a very serious stage as of now.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks again for writing back. I cannot directly comment on the stage without looking at the X ray plate directly and without carefully examining you. However, from your description it does not seem to be in a very serious stage.
