Brief Answer:
No need to worry about cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your complete blood count is almost normal except total wbc count. It is slightly low. It can be due to normal variation or some subclinical infection.

It will be normal within few days. No need to worry about cancer at all.

Repeat count may be advised just to make sure that it is normal. If you don't have any symptoms then no treatment is required. Just be relaxed.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.
