What Does This Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

Question : I have recently got married (April 28th, 2017 to be precise) and offlate I observed my wife is putting up more wight than usual (which usually happens after marriage). So, I asked her to get a Thyroid test done. Thyroid result as follows
T3 TOTAL - 102.7
T4 Total - 5.71
TSH - 4.63 (which looks little on higher side when considered normal range)
Does she needs to take medicine for Thyroid?

Hi,

You need to get Free T3, Free T4, Anti TPO antibodies, Anti TG antibodies as well to be sure about a real problem with thyroid.
With the above reports it looks normal and does not need thyroid replacement now.
The weight increase due to reduced metabolism. Take a diet plan from dietitian.
