Question : I have one small bump below my lips, I came back from a long travel and I didn't have any sexual activities. attaching the picture, could you please take a look?

I have reviewed the Image.

This looks like a simple bacterial folliculitis.
I suggest you to apply an OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% Mupirocin ointment, twice daily.
