1) Increase in liver enzymes is significant only when the enzymes levels are raised more then three times the normal range. Same is with bilirubin levels i.e level of bilirubin less then 3mg/dl in a asymptomatic patient is called subclinical jaundice and patient requires no treatment unless symptomatic.

Food plan-

- Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet to help in recovering from a liver disease. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest.
- Healthy proteins in the form of low-fat milk and dairy products along with , beans, and soy products can also be a part of a healthy liver diet.
Take anti oxidants daily.
- Silibinin, also known as silybin, is the major active constituent of silymarin, a standardized extract of the milk thistle seeds, containing a mixture of flavonolignans consisting of silibinin, isosilibinin. It should be taken two times a day.Its a very potent liver rejenuvator and is very effective in maintaining liver healthy.
Ayurvedic tablet Liv 52 should be taken once daily.
