Question : Am having itch and burning on my rectum....it is painful to do #2 and have not been able to go normally for the last two days.

Hi,

The diagnosis of the cause of anal itching requires examination of the anus for common anal problems such as hemorrhoids or fissures, skin diseases such as psoriasis infectious diseases such as pinworms or yeast, and leakage of stool. Treatment of anal itching depends on the cause.
You have a history of infection of yeast.So i would suggest you to go for these two tests-
Stool test
General physical examination of the area by MD.
Follow up after that
