Go for complete body PET scan.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
An unexplained weight loss of 10 pounds or more/month may be the first sign of cancer. This happens most often with cancers of the pancreas, stomach, esophagus, or lung. However, as in your case your CT and endoscopy are normal chances of weight loss being a cancer related to any organ are quite low.
To be on safe side I would suggest you to go for a complete body PET scan. It is gold standard test to rule out cancer or any hidden metastasis in any part of the body. This test can be used to detect cancerous tissues and cells in the body that may not always be found through computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
As you have lost around 10 lbs/month even after eating a normal diet I would suggest you to go for PET. As weight loss is drastic we can't neglect it.
Follow up with reports.
Thanks.
