Question : After laying down for over an hour, I got up quickly. I walked five steps, felt tingling in back of my neck and fainted. Never lost consciousness. I take meds for blood pressure.

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I understand your concern and would like to explain that your clinical symptomatology may be due to orthostatic hypotension. It may happen when changing suddenly the body position: from recumbent to uprught.

Coming to this point, I recommend you be more careful the next time and avoiding the abrupt position changes. In addition, you should avoid prolonged upright staying on your feet, especially in overcrowded places. It would lead to similar results.

Hope you will find this answer helpful! In case of any further questions, please feel free to ask me again.
Regards,
Dr. Iliri
