Abdominal Cramps, Spotting. Reason?

Got my period for the first time around the last week of January this year, then in around may or so I was feeling these abdomen cramps and then I got a few drops of my period for like one trip to the bathroom then the next time I went it was gone, then just then I went to the bathroom I wiped found a very little amount of blood almost like a little drop then the next trip to the bathroom again it was gone ?
