Any Medicine To Cure Red And Itchy Rashes On Hand?

Hi im 22 year old female and i have a rash on my left arm that has been there for three or four weeks. and a rash on my right arm that has boon there for about two or three weeks. The rash is red, bumpy and itchy. it is a patch that has small bumps that are clustered together. it is very very itchy. I've tried hydro cortisone cream which didnt really work, benadryl cream which seemed to make the condition worse, rubbing alcohol, triple antibiotic ointment and i am now trying clotrimazole cream.
