Are Modus And Hyponidd Safe During Pregnancy?

Hello Dr. I am 29 yrs old and married. I have been having irregular menstrual cycles for over 10 months. I get spotting regularly every month. But the amount of bleeding is scanty. I had consulted a Gynaec last month and she suggested me T. Modus 10 & T. Hyponidd from 16th day of spotting. I could take these medicines last month as I had skipped the days. I would like to know if i can go forward with these prescription this month where in its my 16th day today? What if i was pregnant this month? Is it safe for me to take these tablets?
