Are Heartburn And Feeling Dizzy Symptoms Of PCOS?

i am a 30 years old mother 0f 1. 4 previous pregnancies. only 1 to term. i suffer from pcos. and am currently taking metformin for dibetes, and to help get my menstral on schedule to attempt to concieve once again. I have been suffering from severve heart burn recently and also getting very nausious and dizzy after eating.. to the point where i have to lay down and sleep for a few hours. Ive also been having difficulty going to the bathroom. being constipated. but urinating frequently. Im always thirsty and have been having some insomnia. I am also a month late for my menstral, but have had this happen in the past. having pcos my cycle is never normal. i test for pregnancy about 2 weeks ago. should i check again? could i be pregnant or is this just more pcos symptoms?
