Are Nausea And Fatigue Symptoms Of Early Menopause ?

Hello, Please help me figure out what in the world is going on with me. I am 33yrs old I have had my tubes tied for almost 12yrs now so I know there is no way I m pregnant. But for about 2 weeks I have been experiencing symptoms like I am; heightened senses, nausea, as well as throwing up and fatigue. I just had a period but it was only for 2 days. Could I be going through menopause early or could this be stress related? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am so confused as to what is going on with me.
