Are Pain Attacks In The Gallbladder/biliary Duct Area And Stomach Caused By Hep C?

I have daily pain attacks in the gallbladder/biliary duct area but have no gallbladder, and also stomach pain. I am not able to eat anything but steamed/pureed green veggies as they are the only thing that I have found that doesn t cause an attack. I also was diagnosed with Hep C genotype 3a, stage 0 in July 2013. My question are these attacks caused by the Hep C and will subside after treating that, or are they from something else and would I need an ERCP? I am desperate for help. Very ill and GI doc won t perform ERCP due to no elevated liver enzymes or dilated bile duct. Don t want to do ERCP unless it will solve this. Can t go on like this, health is declining severely. Would appreciate any insight as I am to the end of my rope and don t know what to do. Thanks so much.
